To The Nowacki Family, I would like to thank you for giving my brother Nicholas Szaibel the honor this year to carry on Andy's legacy with providing him the Scholarship to the Police Academy. I know in my heart that Nicholas will live to carry on Andy's memory and will be very proud to do so.

I miss Andy everyday, I know he is watching over me. Thanks Shelia and Denis for having such a wonderful son!
